Negotiation training equips you and your employees with game-changing skills. We offer eight on-site negotiation workshops for companies in the Bay Area. Our training is research-based, reasonably priced and can be scheduled at a convenient time and place.

INTRODUCTION TO NEGOTIATIONS

Participants in this workshop will learn to master one of the most effective strategies in negotiations, recognize common myths and avoid harmful traps.

BASIC NEGOTIATIONS

Participants learn how to prepare and negotiate effectively in single-issue and multi-issue negotiations. These three workshops can be purchased separately or together with the Introduction.

ADVANCED NEGOTIATIONS

Participants learn how to negotiate effectively with agents, multiple parties, teams and diverse cultures. These four workshops can be purchased separately or together.

We provide on site negotiation training

Negotiation is a core management competency, yet only 4% of managers when tested reach win-win agreements if they have not had a course in negotiations. All employees who negotiate with customers, vendors, suppliers and/or peers can also benefit.

About us

Founding Principal Barbara Dornbush is an award-winning university professor with over 25 years of experience teaching negotiations. She taught Negotiations as an adjunct professor at Emory University and Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. During that time Barbara won numerous teaching awards.
